Salon Etiquette
As a courtesy to you, our clients and our time, please inform us if you are running late to your appointment. All our treatments are completed within a scheduled time, therefore arriving late may shorten your treatment. If time does not permit, 100% of the treatment charge will apply. This is to allow for smooth running of our salon. We also ask for all children to be responsibly supervised at all times. This is for the interest of their safety as well as courtesy to other clients, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional environment. Lastly, as a consideration for staff and other clients, please do not attend your appointment if you are sick (i.e. flu, virus or contagious illnesses)
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is especially reserved for you. An appointment EMAIL reminder will be sent 1 week prior to your booking & SMS reminder will be sent 72 hours prior to your booking. We require no less than 72 hours notice before the start time of the scheduled booking to cancel/ reschedule or make service changes, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply . Rescheduling/ cancelling or making service changes within 72 hours will incur a cancellation fee (50% of the treatment charge). Rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee (100% of the treatment charge). A no show for a confirmed appointment will automatically incur 100% of the treatment charge. These terms will also apply to redeeming gift vouchers. A no show for a confirmed appointment using a gift voucher will mean 100% cancellation of the voucher.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers may be purchased in physical form in salon, through our "buy gift voucher" link on our website or over the phone to be posted. Gift vouchers may be allocated to a particular treatment or a monetary value — the choice is at your discretion. Gift vouchers to a monetary value are valid for three years from the time of purchase. Gift vouchers allocated to a particular treatment are valid for one year from the time of purchase. All gift vouchers are worth the dollar amount they were purchased for, prices are subject to change without notice, and if so you may be required to pay the difference between our current price and the price your voucher is valued at. We will always remain fair to our customers,
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Lost gift vouchers will not be replaced. Gift vouchers must be presented before treatment commencement. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase sale items. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Gift vouchers cannot be transferred to another person. Treatment packages must be redeemed in one visit.
